What information is used to create an account?

To create an account we will request:
– your full name or your company name,
– your addresses – both mail and email
– your preferred way of contact (teelphone, email, IM etc.)
– your Contact Person (a person available to answer questions about your project)

I have a question on my charges.

Please log in to your account to review your projects. You may compare your order history, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

What Are the Payment Choices?

For our new customers we request a 50% prepayment to start a translation project

For our repeated customers we request a payment upon completion of the project or based on a monthly invoice (whichever is shorter)

We accept:
– Visa and MasterCard payment through Beanstream, our Canadian-based credit card processor.
– You could also make payment by PayPal, which offers options to pay by PayPal balance, debit card and American Express
– money order
– Western Union
– payments by check
– wire transfers

Security

This website is protected with SSL (secure socket layer) encryption, the highest standard in Internet security.

Credit card processing service is provided by Beanstream, Canadian-based credit card processor which processes your information on their server. We do not store or keep your credit card information.

Has my translation project been completed?

When your translation project is completed you will get an automatic message to your email address informing about project completion. Alternatively you could log in to your account and check your projetc status.

How can I create an account?

When you request a quote, the system stores your information and your account is created automatically. If you agree with the quote, your projetc manager will send you log in information for your account, where you could view status of your prject and upload cometed translated files.

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, we provide an “Absolute Satisfaction” guarantee to all your orders.

After your translation job is completed, you have 10 business days to request any changes free of charge. Your project manager will work with all your comments and suggestions to ensure that you receive your translation project in perfect quality and condition.

Do I have to pay Sales Tax?

If you are a citizen of Canada and translation is provided within Canada, your project will be subject to HST tax, the rate depends on your province.

If you are a citizen of the country other than Canada, your project will be subject to 0% International Sales tax.

How do I get my translated project?

Translation delivery depends on your choice and the type of translation.

– for text translation or localization, you could upload it at your account

– for a notarized or legalized translation, we could mail it to you by express mail or courrier

– for an interpretation, our interpreter will come in person

– for conference telephone calling or Skype conferencing, our interpreter will connect with you online

How can I find out a cost of my translation?

Please request a quote for your translation job to find out an estimate time and cost wise for your project.

Alternatively you could also contact us to ask more specific questions about your requirements.

Our project manager will get back to you to provide you with a detailed quote. If you agree with a quote, an account will be created for you, where you could view status of your project and upload completed translations.
